With the help of Give Per Form Emails add-on, you can send customized emails per donation form. You can customize text, logo, images, data, etc in each email forms. You can even create different email templates for different donation forms. It is an easy-to-use plugin with many customization options for your email templates.

GiveWP’s Per Form Gateways allows you to customize the various payment gateways allowed for each donation form. For instance, if you would only like Offline Donations and PayPal for a certain fundraiser, you can configure that donation form to only have those enabled.
The first step is always downloading and installing your Add-on and activating your License key.
